The Supreme Court assessed the practice of preventing bankruptcy
The court noted, that the correct establishment of the period of suspicion will allow checking those transactions that were made when the debtor artificially created the appearance of his financial well-being.
Lawyer of Tenzor Consulting Group Venera Plieva, in a comment for the Advocacy newspaper, expressed the opinion that the Supreme Court significantly increases the period of suspicion of transactions established in the law: “This indicates the pro-creditor orientation of the further formation of judicial practice.”
