Lawyer’s newspaper: the sale of the debtor’s heterogeneous property in one lot at public auction must be justified

Expert believes that the Supreme Court confirmed the fact that, both when selling property in a single lot, and when selling property in different lots, the main thing will be to achieve the maximum economic effect, when the debt to the debtor’s creditors is repaid in the largest possible amount.
