RespondResponsibilities:
- Drawing up procedural documents of any complexity
- Independent representation of interests and support of litigation in the Court of Arbitration, Courts of general jurisdiction
- Fulfillment of instructions of senior lawyers
- Writing analytical articles and legal commentaries
- Conducting enforcement proceedings
- Legal audit
Requirements:
- Education: higher legal
- Experience in legal consulting is strictly required
- Excellent knowledge of the AIC, Civil Procedure Code, Civil Code, Federal Law on insolvency (bankruptcy), Federal Law on enforcement proceedings
- Experience in conducting cases in the AC is required (links to case numbers in the cover letter are strictly required!)
- Readiness for business trips in Russia
